Elevation Psychiatry provides evidence-based therapy and medication services to help children and adults overcome the emotional issues that are disrupting their lives and create an ownership path for a hopeful future.
Valerie Zelonis, PMHNP-BC
Board Certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner
Valerie is licensed to practice throughout the lifespan and specialized in the area of child and adolescent psychiatry. She provides diagnostic psychiatric evaluations and ongoing medication management, incorporating pharmacologic and nonpharmacologic treatment strategies.
Valerie provides comprehensive diagnostic evaluations and ongoing care. Valerie will assess for any underlying medical concerns that may be impacting functioning, which may include referrals and labs. Additionally, she provides services with Catholic-based teaching to those interested.
